High season begins March 1st and ends after
Thanksgiving. A $35 cleaning fee is waived for those staying two
nights or longer.
In-season rates as listed. Off season rates are $90 for main floor
rooms and $130 for The Suite.
Rates at The Outdoor Inn are based on the
room desired, double occupancy. Smoking is permitted outside, but not in the house or on the porch:

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given for cancellations
inside of 14 days. The Outside Inn requires prepayment in full
and will be glad to refund individual room payments outside 14
days less 20% administrative fee.
